Sherman Alexie

Alexie cemented his reputation long ago with prose collections including The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven and young-adult novel The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, and his cage-rattling book of stories (War Dances) won him the PEN/Faulkner Award.
