Calling all horror, gore and thriller fanatics: Scary Movies X, Lincoln Center’s 10th annual screamfest, delivers a serious slate of scares. Check out screenings like Terrifier, Still/Born and It Stains the Sand Red, and check out festivities such as a “Cake, Clowns, & Corpses” party featuring birthday-themed thrillers from the ’70s and ’80s and a conversation with seasoned horror actor and deadpan comedian Bob Balaban.
