Grab your plant-based friends and head to Ornithology Jazz Club—the world's first vegan jazz club! The space hosts weekly vegan chef residencies focused on sustainability and minimal waste. Open daily from 6pm to 3am, no reservation is needed or cover required to snag a table amidst the music. The first set of the night goes from 6:30-8:30pm with a second show from 9pm-12am and a jam session closing the night out until 3am.
