This market concept courtesy of Mexican Summer, Anthology Editions, and Wythe Hotel was inspired by things you could find on your bookshelf: books, records, plants, ceramics. "There's so much cross-over of how one thinks about their space and how they feel in that space. We wanted to curate a diverse, but celebratory group of vendors that sort of fit with a real "feel good" vibe. I think that these incredible vendors all offer something that support the idea of "your space" - whether it's what you wear in it, what you listen to in it, what you read in it, how you decorate it," says the pro curators. Head to the Midwinter Market for loads of easy giftable items from local business vendors like IIIVVVYYY Ceramics, Ridgewood-based Secret Riso Club and Greenpoint's beloved plant shop, Tula. Musicheads: Get pumped for the epic selection of records available for perusal as DFA Records, Academy Records, Brooklyn Record Exchange, Sacred Bones, Unseen Worlds and Mexican Summer are sure to bring the goods. Plus, there will be a lineup of DJs onsite spinning, to emphasize the experience. Heck yeah.
