If you've ever wanted to learn how to assemble your own hot pot—including how to concoct that iconic broth—James Beard Award finalist chef Natasha Pickowicz is teaching a class on January 28 on how to do just that at PLATFORM, located inside Pier 57. After fulfilling their hot pot fix, guests will be able to sample Ming River Sichuan baijiu, a traditional Chinese grain spirit. Whether it's off the heat or the liqour, we'll bet your head will be spinning afterwards.
