Lunar New Year Celebration at the Seaport

The New York Chinese Cultural Center and the South Street Seaport Museum are partnering up to throw a scenic Lunar New Year celebration at the Seaport in Downtown Manhattan on Saturday, February 17 from 11am-5pm. The event, which will be spread all throughout the Seaport, will include a traditional Lion Dance starting at 1pm as well as free Chinese crafts and calligraphy workshops taught by experts from the Chinese Cultural Center that you can RSVP for here.
