Time Out says

Lincoln Square is all dolled up for the holidays with glittering lights and a bunch of fun festive activities.

Lights Up on Lincoln Square features a 20-foot Fraser Fir decorated with hand-painted ornaments from local pottery studio Color Me Mine, Upper West Side, along with thousands of LED lights. Find it in Dante Park, across from Lincoln Center, at Broadway and 64th Street.

Also keep an eye out for 20 trees wrapped in lighting and the return of "Tumbling Brights," a sequence of 15 lighted spirit figures designed and created during the pandemic as symbols of hope and resilience.

New this year is the installation of The Big Apple, A Musical Tree and Music Box where you can sing along to holiday classics karaoke style and even create your own tunes. To hear professional performers, come by Dante Park Tuesdays through Thursdays in December.

Finally, mark your calendar for the Winter Solstice on December 21 for a mini lantern workshop.
