For its third annual outdoor holiday concert, held on Monday, December 18, the National Arts Club will welcome the principal quintet of the Gramercy Brass Orchestra to perform on the stoop of its historic club, the Samuel Tilden Mansion. It's free to attend. Attendees are encouraged to join in the caroling as the musicians play festive favorites like “Joy to the World,” “Oh Hanukkah,” and “Feliz Navidad.”
“This now not-to-be-missed tradition reaches out from the National Arts Club to our neighbors and all New Yorkers and fills the streets surrounding Gramercy Park with seasonal music, raising the spirits of all who join in,” says David Doty, president of the National Arts Club. Adds John Henry Lambert, Director of the Gramercy Brass Orchestra: “This annual collaboration brings out the best holiday spirit in all of us.”
