Shake off the winter blues and usher in the Festival of Color with The Seaport’s annual Holi celebration.
On Saturday, March 15 beginning at 11am, children and families of all ages are welcome to celebrate the arrival of spring with interactive dance performances and workshops, a literary festival, delicious tastings, art activities, spirited music and, of course, Holi’s signature, brightly colored powder. (Be sure to wear an all-white outfit to amplify the full “Powder Play” experience!) Visitors can also sample traditional Indian cuisine typically enjoyed during the annual holiday and shop at an outdoor Indian market at Pier 16.
