Time Out says

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine may not be holding its annual Halloween Extravaganza, but it's still getting spooky this year. The Cathedral and the West 111th Street Block Association are hosting an outdoor, physically-distanced family Halloween event at the Peace Fountain on 111th Street and Amsterdam Avenue. The iconic Peace Fountain, created by sculptor Gregory Wyatt, will be transformed into a ghostly gathering place where kids and adults can trick-or-treat, take part in costume contests, enjoy live music, take photos, and more.
