Then, you’ll pedal to the new Forest Hills Greenmarket to learn about its collaboration with the New Farmer Development Project, which supports NYC-area immigrants in establishing sustainable agricultural businesses. The grand finale is a well-earned included lunch at Douglaston Greenmarket, where you can also take a dip in nearby Little Neck Bay or hop on the Long Island Railroad.
