Giant-Puppet Making Workshops

The PEN World Voices Festival invites you to breathe life into famous books at these classes with the Processional Arts Workshop, the folks behind the Village Halloween Parade’s figures. You and your creation can then march together on the High Line in the Parade of Illuminations (Mon 30 at 7:30pm), to open the literary event.
