First Fridays at Tenement Museum

Every first Friday, the Tenement Museum opens its doors to unadulterated excitement with unusually late hours, food and drink for sale and an event specially designed for grown-people fun. This month, don the hat of an inspector in an interactive tour. At Tenement Inspectors, snoop around 97 Orchard Street and examine old building codes. Talk to former residents (a.k.a. actors), and play your best Sherlock Holmes to find out more about their lives. It’s mighty exhausting work, so be sure to grab a beer or two afterward.
