Time Out says

This Polish bad-boy artist who calls New York home specializes in works that tweak artistic conventions and taste. His best-known efforts include a Saturday Night Fever–style disco dance floor presented as a minimalist sculpture and a series of photos depicting Hollywood-movie Nazis. Uklanski's foray into photography is the subject of this survey, which is anchored by the artist's ongoing project of images riffing on those found in Kodak's how-to book, The Joy of Photography.
