The Empire State Tattoo Convention will be hitting the New York Hilton Midtown for a weekend filled with tattoos, art, burlesque, contests and mayhem. Hundreds of artists from all over the world will be plying their trade and showcasing their work. Artists specializing in everything from black and grey to color realism and all styles in between will be on hand to give your skin some permanent artwork.
