In a sure sign that it should really be sunny and warm at the moment, Coney Island reopened on Palm Sunday, rebounding from the destruction wrought by Hurricane Sandy last fall. We're especially happy to see the Coney Island History Project return, after suffering extensive damage to its storefront and collection. The cold weather didn't dampen spirits, with Luna Park's Twitter feed reporting that some people camped out overnight to be first in line for the Cyclone.
