For the sixth edition of this daylong paean to stuffed dough both steamed and friend, festival organizers are looking to share their secrets with the fans. Between nibbles on delicious buns, you can attend dumpling making classes and learn about new recipes. All proceeds benefit the Food Bank of NYC, so stuffing your face is really a selfless act.
