Those who wander into the Time Square wax emporium will find another waxy substance being shaped into recognizable statuary. For Presidents’ Day, carver Sarah Kaufmann will mold 160 pounds cheddar cheese into a six-foot-long recreation of Mount Rushmore (petition for a Gorgonzola G.W. or a Roquefort Reagan next year).
