Top NYC chefs will work together to create the city’s largest, meatiest charcuterie board at this year's Charcuterie Masters festival.
Like it does each year, Flushing Town Hall will transform into a meat lover’s paradise for one night only during this charcuterie feast hosted by NY Epicurean Events.
For four hours, pig out on swine-focused dishes from pitmaster Josh Bowen of John Brown Smokehouse, chef Alfonso Zhicay of Casa del Chef Bistro, chef Giuseppe Virterale of Ornella Trattoria, as well as from artisanal charcuterie makers like Rodrigo Duarte who will do a butchery demonstration of the pig that produces Spain's famed jamon de pata negra.
Guests choose a best-of-the-evening charcuterie winner during the tasting.
A general admission ticket gets you unlimited tastings of food and drinks.
