Watch artists craft a menorah out of giant blocks of ice while enjoying a variety of Chanukah-related activities at the Seaport on Sunday. The celebrations kick off at 3:30pm and, come sundown (around 4:30pm), neighborhood figureheads will light the first candle while guests are invited to join in on the fun.
The day continues with kid-friendly activities, including sufganiyot/donut decorating (here is a list of some of our favorites around New York), coloring book-related projects and a whole lot of balloons. You can RSVP for the Chanukah craft portion of the event right here.
A mere walk through the historic cobblestone streets of the Seaport makes for a fun day out, but these holiday-appropriate festivities kick it up a notch further so make sure not to miss out on the day.
