Brooklyn Casserole Takedown

The Takedowns, a food competition series founded in Brooklyn in 2003, invites amateur and professional chefs to go head to head with their best renditions of that most humble and hearty of comfort foods. This may be the first culinary contest where the entries taste better when they're microwaved the next day.
