Brooklyn Auction Barn

Auctions are no longer just the domain of the upper crust: At the monthly Brooklyn Auction Barn, we common folk can bid on antiques, vintage wares and curios with single- and double-digit starting prices. The final event of the year kicks off at 5pm, but arrive at 4pm for drink specials and a preview of the items, including a pair of 1930s wooden folding chairs (starts at $20) and a midcentury flying-saucer lamp (starts at $50).
