Once you’ve mastered some new moves, try them out during live music sets by Romany ensemble Mikhail Smirnov’s Moscow Gypsy Army, composer and NYU professor Dr. Pedro H. da Silva and Japanese Gypsy-rock band Kagero. Eats echo the ethnic theme with Bulgarian sausage on the grill ($3–$5) and Peruvian ceviche ($7).
