Time Out says

This annual fest kicks off with a street parade through Chinatown and Little Italy, celebrating the relationship between Manhattan's Chinese- and Italian-American communities as well as the Silk Road. Produced by the Two Bridges Neighborhood Council, the street fair is ornamented with giant marionettes of Kublai Khan and Marco Polo. This year, catch traditional Chinese and Italian opera, folk dances, acrobatics and more. Procession begins at 62 Mott St between Bayard and Canal Sts; performances take place on Grand St between Mott and Mulberry Sts.
