5 ways to get into the holiday spirit at The Shops at Oculus

If you’re a little wobbly on ice skates, then this seasonal skating rink is for you. The Winter Whirl Roller Rink presented by Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is your chance to glide through a winter wonderland on four wheels (no blades in sight) beneath the breathtaking architecture of The Oculus. The indoor, all-weather skating rink is a guaranteed good time for everyone and neither rain nor melty ice can spoil the fun. The rink returns on November 22 and will be open five days a week through January 5. Bring your own skates or rent a pair on-site. A 45 minute session is $30 for adults and $25 for children under 13. 

Even if you’re not skating, you can take in the festive atmosphere around the rink. There will be sparkly decorations and plenty of cheer to go around. And of course the holiday tunes will be playing for your listening pleasure. The soaring backdrop of The Oculus, decked out for the season, will give you all the holiday feels.

Even better, there are cozy spots perfect for gathering with friends and family to celebrate the season.
