Some of our favorite boutique-fitness studios and gyms are sponsoring events like two-for-one deals, team challenges and massage workshops, or even raffling off prizes just for showing up. So whether you're rolling solo or with your S.O., check out our list to keep you moving this weekend—if only to burn off all that chocolate and candy.

Brooklyn Bodyburn

At the end of every session on February 14, clients can compete for a prize…and some serious Instagram cachet: Whoever holds the "spoon"—an upper-body and center-core exercise held on the Megaformer with your hands gripping the handle, your legs extended out in front on the carriage, and your hips lifted up and back behind your body—the longest can save 10 percent on their next class package. 296 Court St between DeGraw and Douglass Sts, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn (718-384-1133)  32 North 6th St at Main St, Williamsburg, Brooklyn (718-384-1133)  brooklynbodyburn.com  First class $18, single class $34

Byklyn

Nothing says "I love you" like a good old-fashioned ass-kicking (try convincing the competitive couples you know otherwise). Join instructors Declan Julien and Kat Piola as they lead a “Battle of the Sexes” edition of the Park Slope studio’s Bike & Boot class: 30 minutes cycling, 30 minutes boot camp. Your limbs may be Jell-O by the end, but just remember: Bragging rights are always worth it. Feb 14 10:30–11:30am. 258 Flatbush Ave between Prospect Pl and St. Marks Pl, Park Slope, Brooklyn (347-987-4771, byklyn.com). First class $15, single class $26, shoe rental $3.
