While I Was Waiting

Lincoln Center Festival welcomes a pair of major Syrian theater artists: playwright Mohammad Al Attar and director Omar Abusaada. Their drama, performed in Arabic with English supertitles, centers on the family of a young man who is beaten into a coma by unknown attackers in Damascus.
