Verses at Work

New York City native and poet/actor/rapper Malik Work presents "Verses At Work," an immersive hip-hop theater experience to Nublu. Mean to inspire and uplift, the story uses hip-hop, dance, music and poetry to tell the story of an African American artist on the rise, of hip hop and nightlife in New York City, and offers a sneak-peak into the adventurous world of live music born in the depths of bars and clubs in the East Village and Lower East Side, from the Izzy Bar to Nublu, including The Real Live Show’s groundbreaking sounds.
