Jennifer Kidwell and Scott Sheppard lead fifth-graders through a Civil War–themed game in their outrageously funny and discomfiting two-person show, directed by Taibi Magar. As the teachers' relationship spills into romance—fraught with awkwardness, guilt, fetishism, role play and rescue fantasy—the taboo-flouting script is matched by bold, smart performances.
