The Trojan Women Project Festival

Trojan refugees moan themelves hoarse in this revival of Elizabeth Swados and Andrei Serban's storied 1974 musical adaptation of Euripides' ever-relevant tragedy. Three cast members from the original production at La MaMa join dozens of other performers—including artists from Guatemala, Cambodia and Kosovo—to perform the work as the centerpiece of a festival that also includes music, panel discussions and workshops.
