The Rat Trap

Noël Coward's first full-length play, written when he was a teenager in 1918, is a domestic drama about newlywed writers mired in romantic and professional strife. The play went unproduced in the U.K. until 1926, and has never been staged in the United States until now. Alexander Lass's directs the century-late American premiere for Mint Theater Company, which specializes in blowing the dust off neglected theater works; James Evans and Sarin Monae West play the central couple.
