The Maids

José Rivera's adaptation of Jean Genet’s 1947 play, in which servants imagine killing their mistress, relocates the action to the Puerto Rican island of Vieques in 1941, when the U.S. military grabbed up much of it. Daniel Irizarry directs the world premiere.
