Leslye Headland's Bachelorette and Assistance have been past parts of the playwright's ongoing Seven Deadly Plays Cycle, each installment of which is devoted to a different sin. Surfer Girl, a solo, is about sloth; Animus Theatre Company's production—the show's New York premiere—unlazily features a different star each week (and four different directors).
