New Yorkers don't get many chances to see the 1965 flop Skyscraper, best known as stage legend Julie Harris's first and only foray into musical theater. The rarity-focused Regeneration Theatre teams with director-choreographer Avital Asuleen's Combustion Collective to offer a brief look back at the show, which features a book by Peter Stone (1776) and a zippy score by Sinatra board members Jimmy Van Heusen and Sammy Cahn. Rachel Lauren James has the Harris role as the daydreamy owner of a brownstone that is interfering with construction plans for a tall new building, and Travis Leland Murad is a would-be developer who courts her.
