In her new solo play, set in the early 22nd century, Sarah Jones plays a gallery of high-definition characters. Directed with maximum style and clarity by Carolyn Cantor, the protean Jones stages a one-woman orgy of provocative ideas, blending virtuosic mimicry with a sly feminist message that if erotic power relations do not evolve, it could be the death of us. Jones now reprises the piece for two weeks at New York Live Arts, where she workshopped it in 2016 before its Off Broadway run later that year. Read the full 2016 review.
