Romance of the Western Chamber

Young lovers from different classes who defy their parents are at the center of Max Lee and Howard Rubinstein's new musical, based on Xi Xiang Ji, a classic drama by 13th-century Chinese dramatist Wang Shifu. Charles Pang and Jessica Wu play the Romeo and Juliet–like couple, directed by Shela Xoregos.
