Reverse Transcription

PTP/NYC presents a pair of one-act plays about pandemics: a revival of Robert Chesley’s AIDS-themed 1989 triptych Dog Plays and the world premiere of Jim Petosa and Jonathan Adler’s COVID-themed A Variant Strain. (The show runs in rep with the company's other collection of short works, titled Sex, Grift and Death.) Petosa directs both works, with a cast that includes James Patrick Nelson, Jonathan Tindle, Joshua Mallin, Trey Atkins, Francis Price and Ryan Kirby.
