New Brooklyn Theatre launches a season devoted to African-American women playwrights with two shows in rep: Angelina Weld Grimké's 1916 lynching drama, Rachel; and Lynn Nottage's 2002 Las Meninas, about a 17th-century affair between an African dwarf and the Queen of France.
