A talented songwriter with a powerhouse soul voice, Katie Thompson has also been making a mark in musical theater, notably in Michael John LaChiusa's Giant. Now the copper-topped tunesmith has written the score for this original musical about a secret organization fighting for the rights of redheads; she also costars alongside Matt Loehr, Marissa Rosen and Kevin Zak. Andy Sandberg directs the Off Broadway premiere.
