It sometimes seems as though no festival of short plays in New York can legally take place without at least one piece by spite master Neil LaBute, and now he has a fest with his name on it: St. Louis Actors' Studio's annual LaBute New Theater Festival. Its fourth New York sampler is entirely devoted to provocative-sounding new one-acts by the playwright himself: the world premieres of Unlikely Japan and Great Negro Works of Art and the NYC premiere of The Fourth Reich.
