Kissing the Floor

The veteran radical-classical playwright Ellen McLaughlin reimagines the internecine conflicts of the four children of Oedipus—Antigone, Polynices, Eteocles and Ismene—as a sibling drama set in America during the Great Depression. Ianthe Demos directs the world premiere for One Year Lease Theater Company; the cast includes Rinde Eckert, Leon Ingulsrud, Christina Bennett Lind and Akyiaa Wilson.
