Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

Manhattan Concert Productions fetes the 50th anniversary of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's cheeky bible-story musical in a starry one-night concert. Noah Galvin plays the satorially splendid title character, with Eden Espinoza, Alex Newell and Jessica Volk dividing the meaty role of the Narrator among them; in smaller roles are Merle Dandridge, Andy Karl, Orfeh, Chuck Cooper, Brooks Ashmanskas, Gavin Lee, Jay Armstrong Johnson and Bonnie Milligan. Director Michael Arden and musical director Stephen Oremus oversee a production that features the New York Chamber Orchestra and a chorus of 300 singers.
