Director Emmanuel Demarcy-Mota and his Paris troupe, Théâtre de la Ville, mash up multiple texts by the pioneering absurdist playwright Eugène Ionesco. Structured as a family dinner party gone awry, the show combines text drawn from five Ionesco plays: Delirium for Two, The Bald Soprano, The Lesson, Conversation and French Speech Exercises and Jack, or The Submission.
