Michael Walek's comedy depicts the chimp champion Jane Goodall on a pivotal early trip to West Africa—accompanied, at the Tanzanian government's insistence, by her mother. Brittany K. Allen and Kristin Griffith play the leading ladies; Linsay Firman directs the play's world premiere for Ensemble Studio Theatre, which commissioned and developed it.
