Galileo

Irondale Ensemble revives Bertolt Brecht's 1943 history play about the 17th-century Italian astronomer who challenged the Catholic Church, then flinched. This production, directed by Jim Niesen, features a translation by Mark Ravenhill (Shopping and Fucking) and a cast of just four actors playing more than 20 parts.
