Encores! Off-Center: The Cradle Will Rock

The Off-Center offshoot of Encores!, devoted to Off Broadway offerings, kicks off with Marc Blitzstein’s offbeat 1937 allegory of corporate greed (which famously offended government officials). Sam Gold directs a terrific cast that includes Raúl Esparza, Anika Noni Rose, Judy Kuhn, Danny Burstein, Eisa Davis, Peter Friedman and many more.
