The theater and streaming hybrid Thirdwing continues its series A Venomous Color—which looks at Walt Disney Studios toward the start of its heydey—with an original drama by company founder Cameron Darwin Bossert, who also appears in the cast alongside Ryan Blackwell and Kelley Lord. Set in 1941, the play focuses on the decision of top animator Art Babbitt (who had drawn Goofy, Geppetto and Snow White's Wicked Queen) to join a unionist strike against the studio.
