Women of color-owned Spiked Spin is a high-intensity spin workout that gets your pulse high and your stress levels low with fun classes set to hip-hop. The space was created with women of color in mind while still attracting a diverse crowd of New Yorkers looking for an inclusive place to get their sweat on.
