“If a place defines who our Stuart Weitzman customer is, I would say, among other places, she certainly lives on the Upper West Side,” says the designer. Weitzman caters to his target demographic with the opening of his third NYC outpost. Designed by Italian architect Fabio Novembre, the space features a futuristic ribbon shelving that snakes through the store creating a maze-like feel. The showcased shoes pop against the boutique’s muted vanilla and gray pallet. Look for signature styles like studded leather platforms ($365) and leopard-print sling-backs ($425).
