The menswear mecca has undergone a second revitalization since it was refurbished in the ’90s, closing its original location and moving one block north to a larger, more modern space. The basement level is reserved for formalwear (Rothman’s carries a whopping 20 tailored lines), while first floor is dedicated to sportswear and suiting. Highlights from the latter include Canali two-button styles ($1,795) and narrow-cut Hugo Boss suits ($695), while more casual standouts include Penguin short-sleeved polos ($59) and Peru by Masons weathered cotton button-ups ($98). There’s also an expanded shoe section, where you can find John Varvatos laceless cap-toe styles ($278), plus an area dedicated to rotating pop-up shops.
